Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the IPTV application (the "Service") operated by Tech Noob ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access or use the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

"Application" means the IPTV player application provided by the Company, including its Android phone, tablet, and Android TV versions.

"Service" means the Application and all related features and functionality provided by the Company.

"User", "You", or "Your" means any individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the Service.

"Playlist" means an M3U, M3U8, or other supported playlist file or URL provided or entered by the User.

"Content" means television channels, video streams, audio streams, programs, images, metadata, or other media that may be accessed through a User-provided Playlist.

"Device" means an Android phone, tablet, Android TV, or other supported device on which the Application is installed.

1. Description of the Service

The Application is an IPTV media player designed to allow Users to play and manage their own IPTV playlists and streaming links, including supported M3U and M3U8 files or URLs.

The Application is a media player only. The Company does not operate, host, own, broadcast, or provide television channels, IPTV streams, or third-party media content through the Application.

Users are responsible for obtaining their own legally authorized IPTV playlists, streaming URLs, or media content.

2. User-Provided IPTV Content

The Service may allow You to add IPTV playlists through files or URLs, including M3U and M3U8 playlists.

You are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs, channels, and other content that You choose to access through the Application.

The Company does not verify, approve, endorse, or guarantee the legality, accuracy, availability, quality, reliability, or ownership of any third-party IPTV content accessed by You.

You must ensure that You have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or other legal authorization to access and use any IPTV content or streaming service that You add to the Application.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Company respects the intellectual property rights of content owners and expects Users to do the same.

The Application does not grant You ownership or licensing rights to any third-party television channel, video, audio, movie, program, or other media accessed through User-provided playlists.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party content complies with applicable copyright, intellectual property, broadcasting, and other applicable laws.

The Company does not encourage or authorize copyright infringement, unauthorized streaming, piracy, or unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted content.

4. Third-Party IPTV Services

The Application may access third-party servers, IPTV providers, streaming services, or other external resources through URLs or playlists entered by the User.

Such third-party services are independent from the Company and may have their own terms of service, privacy policies, licenses, and restrictions.

The Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, legality, security, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

5. Playlist Sharing Between Devices

The Application may provide a feature that allows Users to share or transfer playlists between compatible devices, such as an Android phone and an Android TV, when both devices are connected to the same local network.

This feature is intended for convenient transfer of User-provided playlist information between the User's own compatible devices.

The Company does not upload or host these playlists on its own servers solely for the purpose of local-network sharing.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to transfer and use any playlist or streaming information shared between their devices.

6. Local Network Communication

To support device-to-device playlist sharing, compatible devices may communicate with each other over the same local Wi-Fi or network connection.

Depending on the operating system and device configuration, the Application may require local network or nearby-device permissions to provide this functionality.

The Company is not responsible for the security, reliability, or configuration of the User's local network.

7. No IPTV Content Is Provided

The Company does not provide an IPTV subscription, television channel package, channel list, M3U playlist, M3U8 playlist, streaming account, or television broadcast service through the Application.

Any channel, stream, playlist, or media that appears in the Application is supplied through sources selected or configured by the User or by third-party services.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose.
• To access content that You do not have permission to access.
• To facilitate copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted content.
• To redistribute IPTV streams without the necessary authorization.
• To interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its systems.
• To use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations.

9. Availability of the Service

We strive to keep the Service available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, IPTV source, playlist, network, or streaming format.

Third-party IPTV streams may stop working, become unavailable, change URLs, require authentication, become geo-restricted, or experience buffering and interruptions. The Company is not responsible for such issues.

10. Application Updates

We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, new features, changes to supported formats, or changes to compatibility.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company does not guarantee that third-party IPTV streams or playlists will work correctly, remain available, or provide uninterrupted playback.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Service or third-party content accessed through the Service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, interruption of service, loss of content, device issues, network problems, or problems caused by third-party IPTV providers.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if We reasonably believe that a User has violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the Application from your devices.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means that You acknowledge and accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
