Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Remote ATV application (the "Service") operated by Tech Nobb ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access or use the Service.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company, downloaded by You, called Remote ATV.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Tech Nobb.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone or tablet.

  • Service refers to the Application.

  • Third-Party Services refers to services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service, including advertisements and billing systems.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Use of the Service

Remote ATV allows You to discover, pair with, and control compatible Android TV and Google TV devices over Your local network. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Device and TV are connected to the same local network as required for the Service to function.

Compatibility

The Service is designed for use with Android TV and Google TV devices. We do not guarantee compatibility with all TV models, manufacturers, or firmware versions, and functionality may vary by device.

Advertisements

The free version of the Service displays advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the free version of the Service, You acknowledge and consent to the display of such advertisements as described in Our Privacy Policy.

In-App Purchases

The Service offers an optional one-time in-app purchase. Upon successful purchase, all advertisements within the Application will be removed and access to premium themes will be unlocked.

All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's own payment terms and refund policies. The Company does not directly process or store Your payment information.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tech Nobb. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every TV model or network configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Your use, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to connectivity issues with Your TV or local network.

Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date these Terms were last updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
